Just like Ek Pahel launched the doctors’ card for the students of Ek Pahel Pathshala in Dayalbagh, likewise the team launched the card for the children studying in Ek Pahel NCLP Centre. The chief guest of the program was Dr. Saroj Prashant and Manoj Bal – founder members of Roshni NGO. The doctors’ card contains the details of all the doctors who have given their consent to treat the students of Ek Pahel Pathshala free of cost. The details include doctors’ specialty, clinic/hospital address, contact number and visiting hours. These cards are given to all the students of Ek Pahel NCLP centre so that they can visit the doctor with their guardians whenever needed without any difficulty. Some of the doctors Dr. Pankaj Gupta- Physician, Dr. Amit Saxena – Child Specialist, Dr. Varun Chaudhary, Dr. Manusheel Pachori – Dentist and Dr. Avanti Goyal – Eye Specialist amongst others. The launch was followed by a small nukad natak by the students of Ek Pahel Pathshala to sensitize the underprivileged children about the rising need of healthcare.
